Shive-Hattery's Downers Grove office has an immediate opportunity for an Office Manager with a minimum of five years of experience.

Required Experience:
  • A bachelors or masters degree in marketing or business administration
  • Proven managerial, graphic design and marketing skills required
  • Experience being organized, detail oriented and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, exercise good judgment and confidentiality when required
  • Experience in recordkeeping and billing required
  • Excellent computer skills must proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel programs
  • Familiarity with NewForma and Deltek Vision a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
  • Experience in architecture or a design environment a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity
  • Coordinate the administrative and marketing efforts
  • Writing, editing, and proofing marketing documents for project/client presentations
  • Coordinate with key team members
  • Develop procedures for office activities such as project documentation and maintenance
  • Assist with coordination, development, design, production and distribution of proposals, qualification document packages, and marketing materials
  • Keeping employee resumes updated for use in marketing materials
