Shive-Hattery provided architectural and engineering design services for a 1,900-square-foot building addition to house office, a library and a meeting room. The building consists of a slab on grade foundation, wood framing, split-face concrete block exterior with a colored band to match the existing facility, and a metal standing seam roof system.
Services include architectural design, civil, site, mechanical and electrical engineering; construction administration and construction observation.
