2018 PSMJ Premier Award for Client Satisfaction

For the fourth year in a row, Shive-Hattery has been awarded the PSMJ Premier Award for Client Satisfaction. The award recognizes 24 A/E/C firms for two key attributes:

• A commitment to giving clients a voice as a means to deliver excellent service
• A confirmation from clients that service was, indeed, excellent

PSMJ recognized Shive-Hattery for its reply rate, net promoter score, depth of the program internally and communication of metrics throughout the company.

Shive-Hattery will be recognized for the award at the 2018 PSMJ Thrive Conference and the 2019 CXps Conference.
