PartsSource, a leading technology and enterprise software platform for managing mission-critical healthcare equipment, is relocating its headquarters to Hudson, Ohio. The move reflects the company’s initiative to align its workspace with the needs of their growing team and a hybrid work model.

Shive-Hattery partnered with PartsSource to transform their 46,000-square-foot-office-space, previously designed for Diebold Nixdorf. The renovations included private offices, meeting spaces, a training room, and an expanded café, creating a dynamic hub for large townhall gatherings. The result is a modern, collaborative environment that fosters productivity and connection. Key features include:

  • Open and Bright Design: Shorter cubicles with glass partitions maximize natural light, while sit-to-stand desks improve ergonomic comfort.
  • Flexible Work Areas: Employees have access to reservable private offices, 15 conference rooms, and smaller huddle spaces equipped with advanced conferencing technology.
  • Brand-Aligned Aesthetics: The office features calming colors in greys, blues, and teals, moving away from the eclectic palette of the previous space.

Currently under construction is Phase 2, a Shive-Hattery-designed café and Experience Center. The center will provide resources for employees and customers to learn about modern healthcare technologies. Shive-Hattery worked hand-in-hand with PartsSource to develop a design reflective of their culture. Construction is expected to be completed early 2025.

With its Hudson location, PartsSource is positioning itself for future growth with a functional, centralized workspace that encourages collaboration, innovation, and flexibility.
