Jennifer joined Shive-Hattery in 2003 and she has 25+ years of experience of client service, talent development and market growth. She has a structural engineering background and previously served as the Vice President and Office Director of Shive-Hattery’s Quad Cities location.
As President of Shive-Hattery, Jennifer is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, culture and vision. Recent accomplishments include a transition to the market-based organization, geographic expansion, establishment of Shive-Hattery University and a new guiding principle: “We design what matters to make our world a better place.”
