The Development of the Year award evaluates several key factors, including a project’s community impact, investment size and influence on encouraging further development.
Metonic Real Estate Solutions partnered with Shive-Hattery’s architectural team to design a multi-building complex that prioritizes affordability and community enrichment. Through innovative planning and sustainable features, the development has become a key player in enhancing the quality of life in the region while stimulating the local economy.
Dave Johnson, Shive-Hattery’s Multifamily + Housing Market Leader, joined the panel on “How Do You Get a Deal Done in These Difficult Times” during the Summit. Dave shared insights on navigating economic challenges and implementing successful strategies in a fluctuating market.
The development is expected to be completed in early 2025.
