From Warehouse to Modern Condos
We played a critical role in the creation of the Gordon-Van Tine Commons, which is located steps from the Mississippi River in downtown Davenport. This historic luxury loft apartment building brings new living amenities to the Quad Cities, from a rooftop pool and panoramic deck to an outdoor grilling area and fenced-in dog park.
“Shive-Hattery is the perfect balance of a ‘small-firm’ feel with the resources of a large company. It’s truly unique in the architecture and engineering industry.”
