History + Details

Tina provides corporate human resources support for all offices of Shive-Hattery. She manages and implements human resources practices through influence to office directors. Working with senior management, she creates human resources policies and procedures, recruits employees, manages group benefits, and conducts orientation, training and incentive programs.

Her responsibilities include managing leave-of-absence programs and personnel records, administering human resource budgets and handling human resource workplace issues. Other responsibilities include negotiating healthcare service contracts, managing human relations, implementing and managing wellness programs for the entire company, managing the exit process and providing results and feedback to management.

Prior to joining Shive-Hattery, she was a human resources supervisor at GEICO in Coralville, Iowa, for 10 years.
