With the end goal of elevating the customer experience and luxury of the rooms one of the guest towers at the Eldorado Resorts in Reno, Nevada underwent a major renovation. The project encompassed thirty-one floors of the hotel tower containing 146 suites and 1,529 standard guestrooms.

The existing furnishings were replaced with selections that met design and operational criteria but also project a sense of luxury to the patron. All finishes were upgraded using materials to create a transitional style that will hold up to the test of time. The guestroom artwork and fabrics are the focal point of color and texture adding to the sense of luxury in the spaces. All lighting was replaced and retrofitted to LED. A complete makeover of the bathrooms complement the overall design.

The key to success for this renovation was the emphasis on guest comfort with particular attention to details that enhance the guest experience.
